  1. Push | Side-delt, Chest, Triceps
  2. Pull | Back, Rear-delt, Biceps
  3. Rest
  4. Legs | Side-delt, Legs
  5. Push | Chest, Triceps
  6. Rest
  7. Pull | Side-delt, Back, Rear-delt, Biceps
  8. Arms | Triceps, Biceps
  9. Rest

Rests: 2 days on 1 day off.

Simple:

Day 1 - Side-delts & Back & Rear-delts

Day 2 - Rest

Day 3 - Side-delts & Chest

Day 4 - Rest

Day 5 - Side-delts & Legs

Day 6 - Rest

Day 7 - Side-delts & Triceps & Biceps

Day 8 - Rest
